I wasn't referring to commissions, etc. I was referring to the future lean on earnings created by the additional shares of stock. What is the required return for an investor in Yahoo versus the required interest rate (tax effected)on debt?

Doesn't matter what Softbank thinks. What matters is what Yahoo thinks. Yahoo would not seek funds through additional stock offering if it felt its stock price was undervalued.

Think about it.
