Are you aware of any details of the agm that you are able to post? I'm surprised that there seems to be very little follow-up from the posters as to details of the meeting-it has been 10 days now! I got the indication that something positively surprising came out of the agm and I would appreciate any available details.

Thanks,
Shane

Thanx Buddy. I "loaned" Excel 5 digits in Jan'97 and got 100% back Mid May'97. I had no idea until this week that there were others that still had not received all of their $$ back. I received a request from the BCSC regarding my dealings with Excel. I guess I must consider myself very lucky to escape that chapter of my investing pursuits without much greater scars. I recom. that anyone that has had dealings (good or bad) with Excel, Del Knowlton, et al to call David Zwarich at the BC Sec Com 604-899-6609

In regards to EXCEL, I participated in the original PP that they offered to everybody. Fortunately, I got my money back. However, I think they are in a little bit of trouble. I received something in the mail the other day from, I can't remember if it was the exchange commission or a law firm in regards to EXCEL. But it stated that they are investigating some illegal activities by EXCEL and they want to know about my dealings with them.....

Hi.Buddy. Some interesting news from Philip Services in Toronto. They are going after internet posters who are defaming them. Even the ones using fake names leave electronic trails right back to there service provider. Lets hope they are successful and more companies do the same. Eddy.
