SparJet,
I have told IR companies that letters to shareholders are TERRIBLE ways to disseminate information. I received the last letter to shareholders (in the mail) and the "proxy" for preferred shares.

BUT, I only got those because I hold a few MISM certificates myself. I also own shares with THREE different brokerage firms but have NEVER received ANY of this information from ANY of them. Apparently, brokerage firms are TERRIBLE about passing along this type of information.

The letters to shareholders, proxy statements, etc. are sent out directly by the Transfer Agent. Most are sent to YOUR brokers. Ask THEM where your letters are. I just received the letter to the shareholders on Tues. or Weds. of THIS week.

The company does not send this information directly to shareholders.

later and good luck to all in the coming week, leroyt
