lu basing for now.. everyone, dow just went negative. please be careful.. i would not enter any NEW positions until mkt trend is defined.
please be careful. i would rather be wrong (on a mkt top).

DELL just lost it's gains.
NAZ just went negative.

i think dow is bouncing off the 5 day ema right now.

DJ INDUSTRIAL IDX closed at: 9,089.780

The close is currently Above its 5 period exponential moving average (9,088.4932).

The close is currently Above its 9 period exponential moving average (9,045.8457).

reason for caution:
if you buy now, any mkt pullback will leave your position up high and dry.

your existing positions you hold and watch.. you prefer decreased profits (but not a loss - if you bought now and mkt pullback)

dont know how many shares you have
and yes you have to have a profit in these for sure
so if it gets called away it will be okay

remember next week is options expiration...

you might want to sell July 85 calls today if they will go back up...

yesterday bid was 3 1/4 at the end of the day...
now it is 2 1/4
could have probably made a buck today if you had done it yesterday...

but if you only have 100 shares..not worth flipping unless you think it will close at 85 or below..and they expire worthless
