D.R.D: That release dt 9July mentioned release of a vision statement in a few weeks. If that Statement of Objectives is clearly defined in terms of Targets and released by end July, it is likely to have some impact on the street within 24 hrs.

Price run ups are based on pure expectations as defined by Mgmt. Price declines or Sell Offs are based on realities.

Not necessarily. Still could be window dressing. Remember that morale is low amongst the NN staff assuming underwater options

A takeover bid would certainly enrich the existing staff and put them back in the money quickly. There is still some consolidation in this market that has yet to play out, IMO.
