Any idea how long it may take to bring somebody into the shell??? Historically speaking I bought in September and three weeks later we had New Departure then a week later we had the 8K. So do not think their is a time limitation. Will we have to wait for the 10Ks??? Talked to Mark about those and he has auditors working on the 10s. I do not think the 10s are an issue either. The Liquidating Trust has all previous assets of Midland or whatever there was in it. Simply anytime someone wants to close on a deal and both parties agreement I guess they will. But I am not aware of a time factor. I heard FBRR was closing in two weeks 3 months ago and they still did not close as far as I know. GB
