Guy and all,
Steven Sprague the President of WAVX posts on stock boards. He just is careful what he says. I find it very enlightening. He can squelch untrue rumors without being specific.

Please, PLEASE, please keep up the posting. We'll just have to watch out for imposters.
Thanks,
JF

Thanks Guy for posting, I for one have no problem with you posting anywhere on SI. You are a SI member with all the accompanying rights.
Some of the nays may protest, but what else is new?

Enjoy your weekend, take the phone off the hook.

Guy -

i enjoyed reading the 8k. i think it gave me more confidence than any newspaper report ever could. it was a statement of reality. as for posting here, questioned it looking to get a response such as the one you gave. i guess looking for a measure of truth. i don't see a real problem with posting. in this day of fast information, i agree that being open with interested shareholders in a timely manner is very important - more companies should do so. i do believe, however, that as a representative of the company, you should watch closely the information you are going to post...this medium is traceable and should be considered the same as making a statement to a newspaper reporter. in fact (you probably noticed) the denver post quoted someone from this very message board in i believe wednesday's article - last paragraph. so, from a shareholder, please be careful...long standing SI member or not, you are still associated with GE.

i have two questions that people might be interested in hearing addressed...are the board members holding their stock? my broker, noticed that many were trying to sell during the last month...is this a voice of confidence?

and second, how is T. Turner compensated? people on this board have mentioned that he has no current stock interest...if he's not willing to buy the stock, why should anybody else?

i am from Golden, a graduate student at the School of Mines, and will most certainly take you up on the phone call...i look forward to it...better yet, let's meet for coffee.

And if I may add to Toma's questions...............................

There are approximately 100,000,000 shares outstanding. Up here in the "great white north" the word "oustanding or issued" does not include warrants and options. To include all share we use the term "fully dilluted".

Is the 100,000,000 full dillution? Apparently less than one third of the issued shares comprise the float. Who owns the remaining 2/3's. How many do insiders own? How many are owned by the "lead brokerage firm" who has done their "placements" in the last year?

Still doing my DD!!!
