>>I bought my shares in late 96' on a tip from a friend but regretfully, didn't follow the company very closely (except for watching the price go nowhere and most recently watch it tank).<<

Had you made use of the toll free number available you would no doubt have spoken to Mike Boyd. You should also be pissed at yourself for not following the company...this is not the blue chip sector here. I have also been in LAB since '96 and have shared your frustrations with the share price, but it has been my call to stay in the stock up to now.

As for tanking, LAB is in the same boat as all the other SVB stocks...some of which have seen even larger % drops than LAB.

Had the LAB made more effort last year with exploration does not mean they would have been in a better position. They made a decision to wait and see what develops on their borders before committing dollars to any work program on their property. Unfortunately, hindsight is 20/20.

Although I am not happy with the LAB management, I am also weary of this CSG. This is drastic action to take without having talked first. If they are successful in their bid to take control of LAB, will this not mean another round of cheap options?

Is it a case of...better the devil you know than the devil you don't...who knows.

I am pissed...I am heading out to Singapore tonight and will only be back after all the fun is over.. what a bummer.

Mike Boyd...Nice to see you on the LAB thread again. Are you still with LEP.

Regards
Peter
