Tim, IMO winning or losing the suit isn't the issue here. Finding the truth is the issue. A law suit would help to that end IMO. I would like to see some of the deceptive SI posting unearthed too. Who was that Rothschild? Who is Friendship metals? Where did the IPM money go? There are lots of worms to unearth here. If we can get some light in on what really occurred, we can help minimize its occurrence again. I do have investments with similar dirt stories that I would like to protect.

Since you are now offering legal as well as personal advice, do you have any comments on the precedent set in this case and how it could be applied to certain individuals that may have gained monetarily from slanderous postings on the IPMCF threads.
