John: Does anyone besides me take solace in the following:

Name: MORGAN RICHARD C
Title: Chairman of the Board
Company: AXCESS Inc.
Shares Remaining: 403,443 as of 24-Apr-98

Here we have the chairman of the board, and at least through April he is consistently buying shares of the stock at $4+ His ownership of 403,443 shares makes my 2100 pale. If he has this much confidence in the company, do we really have to pressure him, or does the pressure come from his own interest? This reassurance almost makes we want to buy more shares at the currently depressed price. Could it be that someday I will look back at $2 shares and say, "Boy, if only I would have bought x,000 shares at that price". I don't know, but to see this kind of buying makes me at least consider the options.
