Scott,

Feel confident that we will be going lower intraday and will close negative today for following reasons:

Market internals are not improving and actually weakening.

Of the 35 U.S. indexes I watch none of them are up and only down proportionatly, giving me the clue that there is no money rotation amongst the indexes, which was apparrent when the market was running up.

SPX parbolic for today is at 1158.80...so it will get short today unless we reverse up 10 spoo points or so and drag the SPX with it. Looks like I guessed right so far.... but the day is young.

My short term thing is about to go into a negative reading if today is weak also. This tells me the trend MIGHT be kaput, done, fino.
1130 is my support on a daily IF we continue to break.

Is a 20point move in the Spoo's a good trade? LOL Call it 1/2 TT's speed<GG>

5K per contract is that good <gg>

Just got skinny at 1162. Stop 1165 and will adjust accordingly.

Target...who knows! :) If we get through 1160, should go to 1156 for starters.....

Question for anyone who cares to answer. I set my stop at 1165 because it appears to be a resistance line. I probably should set it at 1165.50 so they don't touch it and take me out, but have to get through it. How do others set stops? What is the best way to handle that....

My only though at this point is to look for a failure slightly north of here.

If it does I will get short and hold over the weekend.

But I won't be on SI for much longer, so I'll have to let you know tammarrah.
