Ed, Barrons list all of the closed end funds each week and shows their NAV and their discounts and premiums. After you have a chance to list the funds , just look up Morningstar for the ratings on each. Try to select the highest rated fund with the largest discount. Careful, you want to be sure the sponser of the fund is not about to issue a rights offering on the fund which would dilute the existing shareholders. Once you have selected a fund best to tract it on DWA and wait for a buy signal. Best of luck.
