I have had orders in all morning to buy from .45 down and none has been filled - some big ones in there too. The MM's have all the power but every pig gets his day.

I put a limit order good for the day on Wednesday for .25 for a few hundred shares. The order never filled even though the stock closed at .24 . On Thursday I placed an order at the open. The stock was trading at 5/16 so I placed a limit order at 7/16. Still no fill for a few hours. I then placed a limit order for .50 when the stock was trading at .50 and it finally filled. I am using Fidelity for my trades.
