This is the only significant news...a 3mm share dilution. Not good. Floating shares of a weak stock into a very weak market.

Does Murphy *still* think we're days away from a new partnership???

The results this 4Q will be make or break. I'm hoping for strong results but don't anticipate any new partnership before results are known.

Read them not too good. More dilution. No
partners in sight. Phase III trials in U.S.
seem ok. Din't go over all yet.

3 million shares being offered as a sec.
