As for Kaufman Bros downgrade, it would be interesting to see their short position. I heard it is substantial. I am a finance manager for an international long distance company that does the same international bypass traffic Star does. I am also own some Star. Word around here is now is a good time to buy. I never cease to be amazed that large investment houses are able to short a stock then publicly bash it. An individual would be labeled a stock manipulator and put in jail for this type of thing. It am eager to see Star's 2nd qtr results.
