Thats like saying why did INCO buy Diamondfields at 180...when they could have bought it at 50??? Or why are all Banks a target NOW when the same deals could have been put together a few years ago at 1/10 of the cost....Ce la vie or for that matter everything right now (mergers .takeovers)doesnt make much sense to me. Like were where all these smart people a few years ago....the ones making 100,s of millions in fees...As far as im concerned all their wages should be cut NOT increased because they did not foresee for what they got paid big bucks for.......make any sense???
