Mark, I certainly wouldn't want to speak for anyone, as he does a pretty good job on his own. However, the thoughts which come to my mind during this exchange of posts are that certain posters here freely acknowledge that they "network" with one another. Now that one of them has been charged by the SEC, might it not be possible that the "authorities" would want to check the possibility of collusion, conspiracy, etc.? This is not an accusation toward any person or persons. Just a possible explanation of why certain correspondence might be considered "evidence". JMHO. Regards, AD

If these people are "in cahoots", as some of the longs believe, there may very well have been some criminal activity involved here. I am not a shareholder, and my only interest was in seeing if there was a squeeze was "happening". However, as I got involved, I became very angry at what I percieved to be a concerted effort by the "nays" to disrupt, and discredit everything. I never belived that RMIl was ever a worthwhile company, & everyone on this thread knew that. However, I believed, and still believe that that has only a little bearing on short squeezes. Had Riley picked a stronger "pony", with the resolve these people had/have, this may have been over a long time ago. BTW..I have no "proof" (about anything), I only have suspicions, and that isn't good for much. I hope I have answered satisfactorily. PS..not flaming, I reread, and hope my reply doesn't "sound" harsh..I was really trying to answer fully)
