Mike, you hit a sore spot with 'when it was free' - so my self-indulgent whining is all your fault.<G> I did apply shortly before they started to charge, but received a confirmation without a verification number. When I followed up, they said I'd have to re-register. Unfortunately, my putting it off is my own d*** fault, but it still galls me that if I choose to enroll now I'll have to pay such a pretty penny in procrastination penalties. Merritt
