Reason to keep up on the charts: XOI: started to look promising and then all Hell broke loose again. Last time I commented on this sector, the XOI just broke through the brl and looked to be making some ground. As you can see by the chart below, it reversed to break two double bottoms. This illustrates why it is important to identify entry and stop loss points. Oil still struggling. Of course here in Northern California we don't see any price breaks at the pump.
