Mr. Skapik,

<< Sorry for the nautical terms (Graystone).>>

I originated the nautical metaphor long before that guy was on the
scene. It is unnecessary for you to feel any qualm about appropriating
it. Others have.

Posting #1240 -- #reply-853253 -- February 20, 1997

"Let's not all act as if we are the Safe Harbor Welcoming Committee
gathered at the quay to welcome home the Good Ship Naxos back from
its long journey of continuous chopping and plowing through deadly
iceberg fields of blocked passages, unremitting cold denials, chilly
refusals, crooked officials and reverse-scam engineers attempting to
short sink the ship freezing its life blood in their cold waters for
their own profit and gain."

Seems as if the French were correct about the more things change...as the
last words of the posting read: "I have a two word refutation for this
thread's bad management assertions: Fred Arkoosh."

It seems that Mr. Arkoosh now is the acid test of my own assertions of long
ago. Let's see what waters we are about to ply for profit and gain from now on.

How, now, is this game going to be played out?
