"Are earnings going to be reported this quarter?" The above question cannot be answered privately. If one of your questions cannot be answered privately, then the entire email is dismissed. "When is the start of their fiscal year?" The above question can be answered privately. However, if this question was answered and not the others, this would be construed as "dodging." In addition, there is a ton on the table. Emails are last on the list.

Steven, GLOW's fiscal 1998 year began April 1, 1998. You have some good questions. I might make a suggestion. I find that if I only ask one or two questions in an e-mail, I usually get an answer much quicker. I have found this to be true with several different companies. If you send an e-mail that looks like it involves too much time to properly respond, I think it is likely put aside with the intent of responding later. I know I do that myself. I always tackle the PM's and e-mails that are less time consuming first. And then hope that I get the time to get to the others later. Cheryl
