Will the real person who drafted or edited many of the press releases for Midland / Arcon please stand up and be counted? Dusty, If you are implying that Gary wrote that release does it really matter?? I assume that the releases that Gary is/has been writing is info given to him by the company. He inturns writes/proofs the release. He is NOT responsible for its content that the company has supplied, the company is. JMHO JeffG PS Dusty you might as well let the SEC/DF/Liquidating Trust fight it out. If you want to see your investment come back to break even or better start focussing on the future not the past because you can't turn back time.

Dusty like you know something no one knows ... Now would you care to elborate on your point ... been waiting on this for over a month. Told you once before to bring it on whatever you think you know. I could not post yesterday for editing the news release so your point is. Like everything else you state just because you do not like the facts that is your problem. I have made a complete testimony to the proper authorities IN WRITING and provided everything and the one thing I am not worried about is your logic or view. I keep telling you the more your post the worse you are going to look. I emailed all this out before. so bring it on. GB
