oh michael...thank you so very very much for the compliment hahahah you see, mike, we post humor all the time, it is just when "you know who" comes up and posts feces all over the board, then we get a little mad !!! CAPITAL GAINS ALERT !! <g> i havent seen any plain text on this, but it seems we will have a 12month holding period for long term capital gains, for sales after 12/31/97, rather than the CURRENT 18month holding period...so, is this important ?? damn right, if: (1) you see Tmmi as gaining sigificant ground from it's current 2cents, and (2) you loaded up later on last year ! i am certain that many people will be selling into decent run-ups later this year (prediction) now, if you dont believe any of this will happen, turn over and go back to sleep <g> jp
