You need to remember that many of us ask the same questions to many differant people in the Arcon/Midl offices. We thought we had covered the DD and when we found something that did not ring true, we ask again.

We had people that had conferance calls, Gary and I, Gary and Alan, Lee and Alan and many more. This was very well planned exercise on the Part of Fisher and Possible others.
I spent countless hour/dollars doing this Gary spent countless hours doing more.
It seems to me it may have been like a marial arts exercise; the more we asked the more they provided, the more they provided, the more we asked until we had a very good story indeed.

Fisher from what I have now read on this and other threads is no stranger to creating the illusions which he so creatively did with Arcon/nova gaz. et.al.
Wished we had caught on thousands of dollars/hours earlier, but I for one did not.
Gary talked for countless hours with many people within Arcon and those prior to the (what are we calling the reverse non binding shell game which Arcon pulled on Midland?) merger!
Should he have known? Could he have known? Who knows, I didn't!
Did we all have some flags waving? yes I did. Did I pay attention?
No, afraid I didn't!
One thing I can attest to is that this company is getting looked at by those that need to check them out.
I hope for those that have stayed the course that the "trustfund" will bring back some of your investment.
Again my point is that we all, collectively thought we had the unfairest advantage by the *fill in the blank* and once again the old adage is "IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE>>>>>>> IT WAS!

Many of us that had "E"mail, faxes, letters, and other forms of correspondence have sent that on to the proper authorities.
They are looking at Midland very carefully, and will continue to for some time, I would guess.
I also think Gary who, talked so much to these people is doing the "right thing" and fully assisting the SEC and others.
Fisher is in my opinion a great conductor, now it's up to the court system to prove how honest a conductor he was and what if any part anyone else played.
Time to let all this play out and let this company and it's stock holders move forward.

Regards

Jeff
