Hi! From further surfing (hotbot.com) I ran across a old article on the test. It seems the Dr. who developed this test was funded by Siemens and LipoMed has licensed this from Siemens too Otvos' research, which began a decade ago, has produced patented technology that LipoMed licensed from N.C. State University and from Siemens Medical Systems. Siemens funded Otvos' early research while he was at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Maybe something good can come from S ;-) Patti
