There is a lot people think they know and they do not know even the half of it. They can blame who they want but soon enough people will understand the worse source of information is on the internet. If people would do what I told them for months and learn the rules and regulations of the SEC and NASD then they MIGHT be able to make a logic post on the facts instead of some emotional driven motive. I am about to have some fun today I grant you. GB

Marshall, I am W holder and I am pleased also as the could have recinded the exercise if they wanted to. I have started today to avg down picking up 30K Ws @.08 this am. With the LT finished the MIDL shell is clean and free of Arcon's liability. With the rapid response of Mark in creating the LT for the shareholders I also see a rapid response in getting a JV or acquision very soon. Hopefully with one of the companies allready familiar with the MIDL's stock structure. JeffG
