Mark: The connection IMO, lies in the posting of people who are charged with fraud. (not with GRNO, the company)
The idea being that once someone is charged with fraud concerning one stock there may be a possibilty of fraud with others.
Carrying this forward, the SEC needs to look at all dealings of those parties, if only to assure themselves, that this didn't happen.
Now in doing so, they need to look at all of their PM's, and see what was said in them.
This way, they can have one thing lead to another, if that's the case.
Wouldn't you like to know if there are organised shorters, daytraders, trashers, etc etc etc, and finding out if they are conspiratorily manipulating the prices of your stocks?
The SEC now has this opportunity, maybe.
This also leads to the SI post about destruction of evidence.
IF they do destroy PM's, which I am not accusing them of, this also needs to be addressed, by the SEC.
Why, because then they (SI) will have become a party to it, IMO.
Am I making any sense, here?
