Chris: Nobody has sold anything as far as I can see. Looks like a re-file, (presumably,
in anticipation of acheiving much higher prices), as the older filings have since expired.

I thought we'd gotten over this issue

According to Yahoo, no one has sold any shares. These are only Form 144 filings, which gives them the right to sell. None of the insiders can sell their shares whenever they want, they must file a 144 first.

If you look at the transaction history, you will see that most of the officers are filing a 144 monthly, but there are NO sales listed. Of course, they show only the last couple of months, there could have been earlier sales that I'm unaware of.

If I was an insider in a small company, I would always have a current 144 filed just as insurance in case I need some quick cash. Remember that many officers of smaller companies get shares in lieu of a high salary. The only way they can sell any of these shares is by first filing a Form 144.

When we start seeing Form 4s, then maybe we should start worrying. These are actual sales and that could be a problem, depending on the percentage of holdings that are being sold.

Just my opinion.

Filing is different than selling. They do not have to sell but they have to file in order to be able to sell if they decide to sell.

These people are all seasoned veterans of the stock industry. If they intended to really sell those shares then they would be hyping the stock to increase the price.
