Moneypenny, On page 10 of the report its said that the reason for the filing is that the persons (SFM, George, Stanley) have ceased to be beneficial owner of 5% of the outstanding shares, this means they sold abouout .87% of of outstanding and remain with 4.xx %. In any case they didnt sell it all, so I'm still hanging in, I bought in last week aat 18 thinking we had good support at 17 13/16, but alas, we move lower. What this stock needs is good support from Crude futures, maybe when the August contract expires and Sept crude is in spotlight the drillers will move up.
