don't get off the subject janice, you posted a lie, why do you always side track the question. i don't care who filed to sell stock, i'm in EDII for the long haul as this is a growing company. Don't you think that Daniel is allowed to sell some stock to pay bills. and as for ELK, his brothers company, don't you think that maybe he funded some of our ventures???? Bt the way, do you have a life. all you ever do is get on SI and bash stocks. you must be a very miserable person, if i lived in Italy as you claim, i'm sure there is many things to do. mitchell
