We landed at 40. Monday we will see if we can close above. All I know is that on the open I will be buying more MO. To hell with Clinton, Congress and Koop! We settle with the states, and we will see upward movement. Then we just beat Wally and those damn smokers who didn't have the willpower to quit!

I hope your right. In fact, I think you are right to own them. Bible is under growing pressure to do something to raise stock price IMO. It's been 2 years and if he can't, somebody else will.

The biggest thing I see, is the fact a settlement will allow a break-up forever and wash the company clean of this mess...........
