re little downside--like I said before it is always
100%. Here is my strategy if anybody is interested--it
is hard to keep to the discipline of thirds, but I do it
about half the time. With Softquad being my largest position,
I have to keep to the discipline this time:

I have three mental chunks of swebf stock--one to trade if
we see some good news (like a good result from the arbitration)
one to sell if earnings do well this fall after the add ons and
Elmo, and one to sell if some internet hype finally hits this or
they get taken over for the html/xml expertise.

Getting in and out in thirds helps moderate the emotion etc.
(tho I have to say, I didn't really buy in three parts, more
like six as I made money off of other things).

Also, if we dip to 3/4ths (ask) I dump a third, a second third
at 1/2. If we go down below that the final third the shares wont
be worth much and I'll just hold it in case of a miracle.

Everybody has different trading strategies, I think this one
is not too bad. And since I don't really have a lot of shares
I don't risk anything by making it known--nobody is going to
go shooting for stops just to get my 15k worth of stock:-)
