Thanks for the opinion Tim.

I saw the Phillips decision as a good thing because personal accountability is the key issue. Don't stop the freedom of the speech but do establish the individuals recourse to ensure the integrity of the speech. There really should be some form of personal and corporate liability regarding blatant slander and innuendo. Especially if its intentionally published to mislead and malign the general investing public.

I'd just like to see the whole IPM debacle out in the open along with the various corporate and chat site characters exposed, if for nothing else than to set a precedent for future investors.
