Dear Bad Trader:

Franklin is a public company trading under symbol FTEL and at present FTEL is the majority owner in it's PRIVATE subsidary Franklin Internet Corp. (referred to on this thread as FNET).

Since FTEL's Fnet is a private company and not listed on any stock exchange I think FTEL offers more liquidity at present.

FTEL is not connected or related to any symbol FNET which may presently be trading on an exchange.

Further, for what it is worth, I personally wouldn't touch that other UNRELATED company presently trading under the symbol OTC:BB FNET with a ten foot pole. Again, OTC:BB FNET is unrelated to Franklin Telecommunications Corp and Franklin Internet Corp.

Some people (who I believe meant well) possibly were not thinking clearly and opened a thread on SI for Franklin's private subsidary FNET and people see FNET in that header and assume it is the FNET that is public when in fact it is not. I never post on that other thread because basically for all practical purposes FTEL owns FNET. Yes, I know it can be confusing that is why it peeves me so.

Does this help you?

Confusion reigns,
Debra
