Peaceful wrote something like: >...then what are you doing buying into fntn and what are you dong on the thread??? I bought into this company to make money. And yes I've already made money, enough, to break even if the stock goes down to half it's price today. But I won't talk about who's the veteran investor or the veteran poster because we're all in it for the same reason, to make money. Aren't you? Obviously that is my only reason. I don't see myself every using FNTN's product, because it is something that I do not need. I do not own a financial company where I would require the use of FNTN's service and I don't think you own and operate a financial company or a broker where you would subscribe to their services either???! (correct me if I'm wrong). Oh, but the IDB paging company. Yes, this seems like a concept for the average investor which I would find a need for. BUT! FNTN has not acquired them yet, so this is not part of the factor. So why are you so afraid of critics? Doesn't criticism usually mean that something is of deep interest, that people would spend their time criticizing? All I am stating is facts about FNTN: 1. New web page site due by July 10, 1998 (1st week of July) 2. Fully reporting company by second quarter of 1998. 3. Deliver secured intranet connection starting early fourth quarter 1997. 4. Phone cards. Yes, phone cards. These are deadlines that FNTN has set and so far has not delivered. I have read previous post and there are "explanations" as in any case for missed deadlines. But if you want long term investors to stay, then, do not commit to deadlines. I would have gladly filled out FNTN's web survey without receiving a phone card, but they offered. Well where is it? It wouldn't have matter if it was a pencil with the words FNTN engraved on it, just quit losing credibility. We've all waited and waited..."Not a weekend will go by without a new web site."
