Ask them you can ask for 1-2k shares to short and if they say yes, you can say I want to think about it. Where in the hell are they borrowing these shares from?? Morgan Stanely? They have most of the float but my buddy has a big time account with them and he can't get 100 shares from them. This Datek thing has got me bamboozled!! Anyone out there have an idea on this subject. Could Datek really have a printing press in their back office??
