G.W., RE:It was my impression that some improvement in line "scale" could be accomplished simply through improved masks. It sounds as though you are saying this is true, but not to the extent that it will make a significant difference. Yes? Your impression is 100% correct. However, the costs and availability of PSMs seem to have limited their use in production. The bottom line for Cymer is they will soon be shipping mostly 5010 and Orions although unit growth will continue to be sluggish -- or so I think.
