j, They could sponsor a race car in many ways. Stock (restricted or not), a private investor, or by a co-sponsor. Why would they hire an investment banking firm and pay the fees and interest when they can deal directly with the manufacturers? Have you talked to Cliffstar? Do you understand the relationship between Wal-Mart and their vendors? The company has no financials and are working on them. If you are short be short. If you don't like what's going on with them don't invest. I am long and believe all of these issues will be addressed soon enough. If you have real concern's why have you not spoke to the company directly? Earl Earl
