CATV: Friday the stock moved up on heavy buying pressure early. There were a few sellers and the MMs moved the price all the way down to near the start on comparatively few sells (when measured against the buying). Given the orders that I placed, the MMs were having serious problems with shares too. It is also clear that the stock has been under gentle accumulation over the last 4 or 5 months. Why? Rumors. The latest is a buyout which I obtained on Friday from a contact of mine in NY who is a former MM. Looks like the cat got out of the bag on Friday, but the price is at bargain levels thanks to the MMs. Tom
