My memory of Mexico is a little foggy due to the exhaustive work load there. Seems like I do remember some Reg S financing involving the Willie Wonka Peanut Butter Factory or something like that......I'll check my notes.

Awww man, I still can't get up off the floor. There are used limes all over the place, pregnant women screaming for Bill, then some guy shows up with grease all over him with a stick is his eye asking for an investor package. He also wants an application for some job openning. Now the the reg-S shares, more limes please!
