Re: ORCL options:

From Schaffer's option site:

Oracle Corporation (ORCL - 23-9/16) - I See 25
Following a downtrend that began in April, the stock has been consolidating between 23 and 25 since early June. Speculators betting on a breakout added over 1,200 August 25 calls yesterday. The 25 call strike also contains the largest open interest in the July series. Only an "oracle" could predict if the strike is penetrable!

Also from "Chartist" column in Street.com:

Some of those down-and-out tech stocks are emerging from their lethargy. Compaq (CPQ:NYSE) and Apple (AAPL:Nasdaq) are of course, but don't miss Oracle (ORCL:Nasdaq), which is becoming more interesting down here. Sun Micro (SUNW:Nasdaq) is still a vastly improving chart in that group.
