The question is what happens if people on the net write FALSE GOOD things about the company? Are they going to sue them too? They ran the company into the ground and they have no one but themselves to blame. If they don't want people to speak their minds and give their opinions, they should just buy out their long suffering shareholders and go private.

Right on. These threads are open to all, Philip has the same opportunity as anyone else to show up here and present their case in the light of day. It's pretty clear that they don't have much of a case when they choose instead to intimidate the whistleblowers with threats of physically locating them. E.Charter What do you have against Italians? You call winspeer a scam too much. I buy 10,000 shares this stock from cibc, pay 1.79 and you come out and say it's a scam. You tell people before brex minerals is a scam? No you don't. You tell people you want to kill them on here. I live in Toronto. Now you tell me you want to kill me too, huh? You some tough guy. But - would you do me a favour, please, and convey the following message:- I am appalled by the ppor grammar, innuendo, slander, and immaturity of some of the people who post to this thread. Who really wants to read 30 or 40 posts to find only 2 or 3 that are on the topic; and the balance being like little children trying to see who can be the most gross or the most insulting. I note that there has been an attempt to set up an alternative thread - but that didn't stop the garbage. I have a suggestion for all of you: Don't take the bait. When someone makes an outrageous or slanderous comment - ignore it (do not post a reply). These people are feeding off a reaction - if there is no reaction they will get bored and either go away to annoy someone else or try to reinstate themselves on this thread by saying someting intelligent. This e-mail neither supports nor rejects Mr. Charters point of view - he was selected as my line to this thread because I happened upon his e-mail address. I thank all of you for reading this message - I hope you will take heed on this and other SI threada. Ultimately. if you do not, many people who could have something to offer will not bother to join.
