If anyone hasn't yet seen them, here are the results of the
January 1998 SystemWizard third party survey. This survey was
mentioned during the February Q4 conference call as demonstrating
that SystemWizard's effectivity is now twice that found by the
first (Micron Electronics) SystemWizard survey:

Survey Results from SystemWizard Users (March 2, 1998)

In addition to Micron's success with SystemWizard, a second survey of non-Micron
users was completed by a third-party in January, 1998. This new survey underscores
SystemWizard's end-user perceived value, its importance for solving problems and its
frequency of future usage. The results of the survey showed that:

Of the 96% who tried SystemWizard to solve one or more problems with their PC,
42% said that SystemWizard solved their problems one or more times.

Of the 96% who tried SystemWizard to solve one or more problems with their PC,
93% characterized the process of using SystemWizard as easy.

Four out of every five users said they were likely to use SystemWizard in the
future when they encountered a computer problem. Of these likely users, 88%
said they would use SystemWizard first before calling technical support.

Of all users surveyed, 75% felt it was important to have SystemWizard on their systems to help solve problems. SystemSoft remains intensely focused on its ultimate goal of making SystemWizard a standard component on the widest possible range of consumer and commercial PCs via, first and foremost, its PC OEM partners.
