Good Day Wally:

<< Don: I'm afraid you're right, buddy. It's the dreaded itch.
My suggestion to ANYone who doesn't believe in the fundamentals and doesn't believe in the technology and doesn't believe in the uniqueness of the product and doesn't believe in Michael Sheppard and doesn't believe in taking the time to read back on the many intelligent and informative posts on this thread and the other 2 active FNTN threads... Then I would suggest the following:
1. START YOUR OWN THREAD
2. CALL IT "FNTN HATERS OF AMERICA"
3. SELL YOUR STOCK TO ME (and a little to Don, too - he's a really nice guy when you don't piss him off)
For those of you who are skeptical and want to learn, have valid criticisms or questions that haven't been correctly answered 40,0000 times, please hang around. The most positive among the regular and better informed on this thread DO have criticisms of FNTN policies, concerns about fundamentals, concerns about technology, ants-in-the-pants etc. But the criticisms are generally intelligent and thought-out. >>

The above is one of the most intelligent and well-worded posts I have.

My deepest thanks to you for posting it.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

In my case it's not so much concern about fundamentals as concern about lack of any information about fundamentals. I've followed this thread (and the predecessor) for hundreds of messages and still don't have answers to a few basic questions. I'll ask them here to avoid the sin of calling MS.

1. How many shares are outstanding? How many are held by insiders, and how much money have the insiders put up? Are there any major investors (venture capitalists) behind the company, and if so, who are they?
2. Are there any research or analyst reports at all on the stock? If so, any message or url cites to them?
3. Is the company selling treasury or new stock, or is all trading of already issued stock?
4. How much cash does the company have, and how much money is it spending / losing monthly? How many months can it continue in business before it needs to start generating revenues?
5. Is there any proprietary technology involved, or is this a process any company can duplicate freely?

Those will do for starters, if you're willing to share your wisdom.
