Maryland Progress Report

Luxor Industrial Corporation wishes to advise on progress with builders and
retailers in Maryland. The Company has successfully introduced the patented
IBS 2000 Load Sharing Floorsystem through its distributor, Snavely Forest
Products of Baltimore.

Snavely Forest Products initially introduced the IBS 2000 in March through
Lowe's Contractor Yard in Frederick, Maryland. In excess of 50
installations have been completed, a number with some of the regions
largest builders, including Admar, Dan Ryan, Harvard, Pleasant Walk and Kent
Bridell. As initial installations continue to meet performance expectations
and generate cost savings, many of these builders have specified the use of
IBS 2000 in future projects.

Due to a large influx of plans, a delay in processing blue prints was
experienced by technical staff during May and June. This problem has been
rectified, and as a result, Luxor and Snavely Forest Products are now
introducing the IBS 2000 to other major retailers in Maryland, Pennsylvania,
Delaware, and Virginia. Luxor is also concentrating sales efforts on other
large builders and manufactured housing companies.

Luxor is now able to supply IBS 2000 to this region on a more economical
basis, as the assembly plant in Sunbury, Pennsylvania now has over 40,000
units of IBS 2000 in inventory. The stock includes 60 different sizes of
IBS 2000 units for application with conventional lumber joists and
engineered I-joists. This diverse stock in Sunbury eliminates shipments of
small quantities from Luxor's manufacturing plant in Langley, BC.

Luxor will focus sales efforts on large builders and building materials
retailers who account for the majority of the regions residential
construction. Once the IBS 2000 has been introduced to additional builders
and retailers, the Company will also concentrate sales efforts on the
regions largest architectural firms. The Company expects to disseminate
further sales information in the near future.
