If you have a company that has been averaging over a 50% growth rate for the past 3 years. And is expected to increase earnings by 50% this year as well..Yes,thereneeds to be enough shares in the float where an institution can feel their is enough liquidity to warrant their investment..Ellen CADE can not be compared to NTAH..period..latter DD
