Mike & ICY,

There are some key player in this one. General Instrument Corp. has purchase 400,000 shares of ACTV at a premium of $2.50/share. That was when the stock was still trading at 1-9/16. There's also Fox, TCI, Liberty Media, Rainbow & the Washington Post. Everyone seems itchy for some action on this one. It's all coming together. It won't happen overnight. You have to understand what type of investment this is. It'0s not for daytraders, but investors. I agree with Frank, that at some point in time the sports division of this company will be brought out.

Don't forget about eSchool either. It's an excellent product. There are probably several contracts being negotiated, but not yet finalized.

I personally feel that ACTV has meet most it's goals. It takes time, but they did what they said they would. It's important to have a management team that does that. One you can trust.

Hang in there. The MM will churn the stock when there is no action. In my mind, it was little volume that brought this stock down from the just recent $2 to where it is now. When that happens, it usually snaps back pretty fast.

Good luck.
