New ownership numbers for NAV from Safeguard (http://www.safeguard.com/rights_offering.html), as of June 30:

NAV, then is $36.13, so just over $3 premium. Clearly, as we get further into a quarter, the NAV numbers get off depending on what kind of buying and selling Safeguard does. Obviously, later this quarter the Who? Vision offering is going to change things a bit.

I won't be able to update the spreadsheet and graph until later today, or perhaps sometime this weekend. Happy investing,

--John

John, I think Who?Vision will be a good stock, but I don't see it attaining the outlandish valuations of the internet stocks.

Hopefully ICG will be the third offering of the year. It is about the only company in the private portfolio that could attain such valuations. I forgot about that in my earlier post, in addition to the accouncement about Who?, the news of this weeks SEC filing regarding ICG contributed to my decision to add more SFE this morning.
