Remember that in the heat of the asian correction last fall AMAT went to $25 1/2. I think that it could test that, but that is about it.

My reasoning is this: Semiconductor equipment and chip stocks usually trade 6-9 months ahead of an upturn. Granted, no one knows when it will end (Maybe we will know more after the Japan elections), however, more than likely as most experts are predicting, we should see the latter part of this year a move back up in the semi stocks.

Therefore, I don't think that AMAT will trade down all that much. Whatever it is, I will probably look to get in.
