THe VAST majority of those shares were given to the owners of the mine. There was also the private placement -- those shares went to suppliers and principals. THe float is still very low -- though it does seem some of those shares have come out.
In essence I agree with you -- we will not get rich until they start showing numbers. Reporting to the SEC will help a lot. I am not too worried about it -- let it ride....
